By accessing or using Tropical MC services — including but not limited to our Minecraft server, website, Discord server, and store — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.
Tropical MC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
You agree not to engage in any behavior that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. This includes harassment of other players, staff members, or anyone associated with Tropical MC.
All players are expected to follow the Server Rules published at tropical-mc.net/rules. These rules are an extension of these Terms and violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including a permanent ban.
The use of hacked clients, unauthorized mods, exploits, or any software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Such violations may result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Minecraft account on our server. Sharing account access or allowing others to use your account does not absolve you of responsibility for any rule violations.
All purchases made through the Tropical MC store are for virtual in-game items, ranks, or cosmetics. These items have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable between accounts.
All sales are final. Tropical MC does not offer refunds for any purchased items except where required by applicable law. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact us at support@tropical-mc.net within 48 hours.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any purchase made on Tropical MC may result in a permanent ban from all services. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds through legal means.
Tropical MC reserves the right to modify, remove, or alter any in-game items, ranks, or perks at any time. Purchases grant access to items as they exist and are subject to change without compensation.
Tropical MC services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tropical MC and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Tropical MC is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
All original content on Tropical MC — including custom plugins, builds, artwork, branding, and website content — is the property of Tropical MC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.
Tropical MC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
By sharing content (builds, screenshots, videos) on Tropical MC platforms, you grant Tropical MC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.
Tropical MC reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or Server Rules. Bans may be issued without prior warning.
Upon termination, your right to access and use Tropical MC services ceases immediately. Any purchased items or in-game progress associated with a banned account will be forfeited without refund.
If you believe your ban was issued in error, you may submit a ban appeal through our Discord server. All decisions made by senior staff are final.
